Easley Real Estate

Neighborhood – Easley is home to 18,000 residents who often work in Greenville or Clemson, but enjoy the lower home prices of this smaller community. Easley found its origins in the railroad industry. The town was deeded in 1874 with the construction of a local railroad and formally incorporated less than 30 years later.

Housing – There are plentiful single and multifamily homes in Easley, ranging from newly constructed custom homes to sprawling, older farmhouses. The western and southern parts of the area offer more land and a rural feel.

Lifestyle – Easley is located midway between two major lakes in Greenville and Pickens County, offering an ideal spot for the convenience of city living with the added benefit of natural beauty. The Clemson Agricultural College is one of Easley’s major employers, offering high-wage jobs for many residents. Thousands of cars pass through Easley each day on their way to Pickens or Clemson but the town’s Main Street is removed from the main thoroughfare, maintaining the community’s quiet atmosphere.
